Shipping is fast from Waiheke and is FREE for all orders over $100!
90% of orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days anywhere in NZ. Some more unusual items may not be in everyday stock with us, but will be in stock with our suppliers. In these circumstances it may take an extra day or two.
We happily ship anywhere within New Zealand. For delivery to addresses on Waiheke, there is no shipping charge! For all other NZ addresses, we offer FREE shipping is your order is over $100.
If you order is under $100, we charge just $8.00 for delivery, NZ wide.
There are 2 exclusions to the above pricing & offers - Cylinders and lead weight, which have custom shipping that is determined at checkout due to their weight.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the delivery process, with notification and tracking when your items are dispatched.
We have a ‘no worries’ return and exchange policy, where you can return your items to us within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange.
We want you to be happy with your products, and can totally understand that online retail can make life more difficult with sizing choices.
Waiheke Dive & Snorkel will happily accept returns* within 14 days of purchase or delivery (whichever is longer) for a full refund (less shipping costs). Items must be in a brand new, un-used condition and must have all original tags and packaging.
If your order qualified for free shipping but, once the value of the returned items is taken into account, would not have qualified then we will issue a refund less the shipping costs for the order. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the items to us.
If items were part of a package which was sold at a discounted price from the original RRP, then the refund amount will be calculated by adding the full current sales price of all un-returned items and discounting this from the discounted price paid. This remaining balance is the amount that will be refunded for any returned items.
Items that are returned to us but do not meet these conditions remain the property of the customer, and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning their items to them.
Funds are back in your account within 3 working days 95% of the time, but please be aware that it can (very rarely) take up to 10 working days for a refund to complete depending on the relationships between your and our banks.
We are more than happy for you to exchange an item*, as long as it is returned to us within 14 days of purchase / delivery. Items must be in a brand new, un-used condition and must have all original tags and packaging.
If you want to exchange a wetsuit, boots, fins, or gloves then we will cover the shipping to get your new size to you for the first exchange! After the first size exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the items to us.
*Please note - snorkels, and regulator mouthpieces are excluded from this returns policy for hygiene reasons. These policies also exclude dive courses, activities, servicing, air fills, gift vouchers and swimwear, where all sales are final.
